These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jom33 ("jom33", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jom33 website located at jom33.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

jom33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes through in-platform notices or email where reasonably practicable.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account you create on the jom33 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, including both real-money funds and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by jom33 under its promotional programmes, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required for all withdrawal requests and as otherwise mandated by jom33.
• "Platform" means the jom33 website, mobile site, and all related services accessible at jom33.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using supported payment methods, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Player accounts on the Platform are denominated.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an active account on jom33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person. Corporate or artificial entities are not eligible to hold Player accounts.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. jom33 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. jom33 reserves the right to restrict access from specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion.
5. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to you, including any self-exclusion you have previously requested through jom33.
6. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
7. You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jom33 or any associated entity.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the purpose, name, or device used.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. jom33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided, including but not limited to:

• Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet or bank account in your name)

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify jom33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

jom33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account, including losses caused by sharing your credentials with third parties.

4.1 Account Verification (KYC)

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. jom33 may request KYC documents at any point, including at the time of withdrawal, when a Player's cumulative deposits exceed internal thresholds, or when jom33 has concerns regarding account integrity or fraudulent activity.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

jom33 accepts deposits through the following Malaysian payment methods, subject to individual method availability at the time of transaction: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange).

All Player accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The minimum single deposit is RM30 unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

• All deposit funds must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jom33 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• jom33 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider's processing times.
• Deposits made in error are subject to jom33's discretion regarding refund eligibility. Contact support promptly in such cases.
• jom33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that does not comply with these Terms or that raises concerns regarding fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with jom33's standard procedures and applicable processing times.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• All pending wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be satisfied before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn.
• KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of jom33 before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified.
• Processing times for e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

6.2 Withdrawal Refusal

jom33 reserves the right to withhold or refuse a withdrawal request in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pending KYC documentation, unmet wagering requirements, a breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Where a withdrawal is refused, jom33 will communicate the reason to the Player and, where applicable, outline the steps required to resolve the matter.

jom33 may offer various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, referral bonuses, and VIP programme perks. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are awarded at jom33's sole discretion and may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each type of promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate account holders attempting to claim multiple bonuses will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are set out in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses are valid only for the period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
• jom33 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error.
• Use of any strategy, software, or method intended to exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine play ("bonus abuse") is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

All games available on jom33 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing by trained dealers. Game outcomes are genuinely random and are not subject to manipulation by jom33 or any game provider beyond standard mathematical house edge.

Players accept that the result of each game is final once confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, jom33 reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to Players.

Bets placed on sporting events, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, and other markets, are subject to the sports betting rules published within the Platform. jom33 reserves the right to void or amend markets where events are cancelled, postponed, or where clear pricing errors have occurred.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jom33 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

1. Creating more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses.
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
3. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
4. Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
5. Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
6. Using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
7. Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error to gain an unfair financial benefit.
8. Conducting charge-backs or payment reversals in bad faith following a confirmed deposit.
9. Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Section 7.
10. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.

Players may contact our support team at any time to request the following account controls:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive a notification or automatic logout after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary exclusion period (minimum 6 months) during which your Account will be disabled and you will not receive promotional communications.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary pause on your Account for a shorter period if you need a break.

All content on the jom33 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the property of jom33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without jom33's prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use jom33's trademarks, brand names, or logos in any manner without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jom33's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be limited to the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player and held in their Account at the time of the relevant event.

jom33 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions arising from events outside jom33's reasonable control, including network outages, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms or to secure their Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform that is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or where such limitation is not permitted under applicable Malaysian or international law.

jom33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct involving the Platform.
• Inability to verify the Player's identity to jom33's satisfaction following a KYC request.
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment reversal from the Player's bank or payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that an Account is being operated by an automated system or third party.
• Regulatory or legal obligations requiring account restriction.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any balance associated with bonuses or suspected fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Real Money Funds not implicated in the breach will be returned to the Player in accordance with standard verification procedures, subject to any legal holds or offsetting rights.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by jom33's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, transaction processing, customer support, regulatory compliance, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

jom33 applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. For further details on your data rights, including the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, please refer to the full Privacy Policy.

jom33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where an amendment is material, jom33 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via in-platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

In the event of any dispute, discrepancy, or complaint relating to your use of the Platform, jom33 commits to a fair and transparent resolution process.

16.1 Initial Complaint

All complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, the game or transaction reference (if applicable), and a clear description of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

16.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may request escalation to a senior member of the jom33 management team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days of the escalation request.

16.3 Final Resolution

jom33's decision following the escalation process shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law. These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the terms of jom33's operating licence and applicable international gaming regulations.
